This is a hand made, O gauge medium relief model of a late Victorian / Edwardian pair of end terrace 'back to backs.'The model includes detailed back yards with tin baths, laundry blowing in the wind, detailed toilets (one including toilet roll - the other an occupant!) and wall flowers.
A nice touch is the painted Bile Beans advertising sign, of a type often found on the large end walls of such buildings. In this case, the sign is produced from a photograph of the actual sign, which can still be found in York.
The footprint of the model is approximately 43.5cm 10.5cm (including yards). The model is available on a commission basis.
